    CLASS FORMAT EXAMPLE

    INTRO Conducted in a circle time setting, the visit begins with an introduction song promoting the use of different languages and hand movements.

    WARM UP We incorporate a humming and singing exercise before we move on to a number of different sing-a-long and imaginative songs that encourage pretend play and associated hand movements.

    RHYTHM Once warmed up we move on to percussion and drumming exercises.

    DANCING High energy songs inspiring dance, dramatic play and physical activity.

    COOL DOWN We practice calm breathing and humming
